President of the United States of America Donald Trump arrived in India on Monday morning. He along with his wife Melania Trump, daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner was welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Ahmedabad airport.
Ahead of their arrival, White House Director of Social Media and Assistant to Trump, Dan Scavino shared a morphed video of Trump dancing on Ranveer Singh's song ‘Malhari’ from Bollywood film Bajirao Mastani (2015).
Tweeting the video, Scavino wrote, "India!#NamasteTrump (sic)."

However, this is not the first time Dan has shared a spoof of this song. In August 2019, Dan had shared a morphed video of Trump dancing to the same song.

Meanwhile, a day before his arrival in India, Trump himself retweeted a morphed video from the blockbuster movie Baahubali 2: The conclusion and said that he was looking forward to visiting his "great friends.” In the video, actor Prabhas' face was edited and replaced with Trump's.
On Monday, Trump in his speech at the Namaste Trump event gave a special shout out to Shah Rukh Khan starrer DDLJ and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Sholay while speaking about the influence of Indian cinema and art.
