In the House of 230, two seats are vacant after the death of Congress MLA Banwarilal Sharma from Jaura assembly seat and BJP MLA Manohar Utwal from Agar-Malwa constituency. With 19 Congress MLAs missing — 17 from Scindia’s faction and two incommunicado since last week — the Kamal Nath government is left with 95 of its own.
