Zee TV recently launched a heart-warming narrative Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti, which depicts the innocent world of two adorable kids (Rishi and Roli) who have teamed up to rekindle the love between their parents and complete their ‘happy family’. Together, they have vowed to be the glue, that will fill the cracks developed between their parents, Shubra (Neha Marda) and Kuldeep (Siddhanth Vir Surryavanshi). On the other hand, Samaira is on a mission to have Kuldeep all to herself.
Popular actress Sapna Thakur is seen essaying the grey character of Samaira in Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti and although she plays a negative role, the actress is quite a sweetheart. In fact, the whole cast and crew was in for a treat recently as Sapna prepared a feast for the entire team. During a cooking sequence where she had to make Aloo Parathas, the actress ended up serving the delicious parathas to one and all present on the set. Though Sapna barely knows how to cook and had only mastered the art of making Maggi before this, she was curious and keen to learn. And while trying her hand at making parathas, she decided to give the whole unit a surprise.
As Sapna Thakur shared, “I am very new to cooking and I could barely make Maggi till a few months ago. But I always wanted to learn cooking and the other day, on the set, the kitchen sequence was a perfect opportunity to try my hands at cooking. I tried making aloo parathas for the very first time and to my utter surprise, they turned out really delicious. Hence, I decided to keep cooking even after the sequence was done and made parathas for everyone on the set and they really enjoyed eating them. That really made my day and it has helped me gain confidence regarding my cooking. From now onwards, I will try and make more dishes. I hope they turn out to be tasty as well.”
