The Weeknd brings the house down as he closes his Superbowl Halftime 2021 performance with 'Blinding Lights' 

It was Superbowl LV weekend and a lot of anticipation around who would win the finals. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Superbowl 2021 against Kansas City Chiefs for 31-9. The halftime performance was highly awaited as The Weeknd took the stage for the very first time. He made headlines for putting $7 million of his own money and not including any performers in his setlist since Lady Gaga in 2017.

The Weeknd brings the house down as he closes his Superbowl Halftime 2021 performance with 'Blinding Lights' 

The Weeknd made a grand entrance with Vegas themed set at the top of the stadium with a lot of dancers. He sang some of his hits including 'The Hills', 'Can't Feel My Face', and 'Earned It', before heading to the ground with all of his doppelganger dancers.

Wearing his patent red suit that he wore for most of the 'After Hours' promotions, he closed the performance with fireworks as he crooned his chart-topping song 'Blinding Lights'.
