Delhi riot: Court slams cops, imposes fine for ‘farcical’ probe

A city court here has come down heavily on Delhi Police for “miserably” failing in conducting a fair investigation on a complaint filed by a man who had received a gunshot injury in his eye during the north-east Delhi riots in February last year.
