Final year exams by August 31, new session from October 1: UGC

The University Grants Commission (UGC) on Saturday asked colleges to compulsorily conduct exams for final year students by August 31 and commence new academic sessions by October 1. The UGC in its latest guidelines on examinations and academic calendar in view of Covid-19 to all universities and colleges said that it will apply for the current academic session 2020-21 as well.
