‘No permit’: Cops break up Satyapal ‘lunch’ for khaps

There was a ruckus in R K Puram on Saturday after cops arrived at a park where former Jammu & Kashmir governor Satyapal Malik had hosted a lunch for the farmer community (khap). Police officials arrived at the park and dispersed the gathering saying that there was no permission for the event.
