Chavan, Nadda, Vaishnaw for RS, seven mantris not renominated

Union ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Bhupender Yadav, Mansukhbhai Mandaviya, Parshottam Rupala, and Rajeev Chandrasekhar were not re-nominated to Rajya Sabha.
