Naqvi, RCP Singh resign from Modi Cabinet

Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and RCP Singh on Wednesday resigned from the Union Cabinet, a day before completion of their Rajya Sabha terms, setting off a fresh round of speculation about likely expansion of the Modi ministry.
