Letter to CJI a follow-up of MoP: Rijiju to Kejriwal

Inclusion of a member of the government in collegiums for appointment of judges in SC and HCs flows from the new MoP as suggested by the constitution bench after it struck down the NJAC, law minister Kiren Rijiju said.
