Actor, entrepreneur, and producer Selena Gomez, earlier this year, launched her beauty line called Rare Beauty for which she worked on for two years. The aim of the beauty line is to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, address the epidemic of chronic loneliness, and help give people access to the resources they need to support their mental well-being. It is to celebrate the uniqueness of everyone and create a safer environment to connect.
Every now and then, Selena Gomez drops a new video on her Rare Beauty channel showcasing her makeup routine. A day ago, she showed a simple guide to the flawless foundation which can be perfect for your Zoom meetings, daytime outings, etc.! The musician started her routine with Always an Optimist Facial Spray to refresh her skin before starting with the foundation. She then dotted her face with the Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation, also a Rare Beauty product, and blended it perfectly. Selena said that her skin tone isn't always consistent so she has now a set routine for everything.
Moving on concealer, she used Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer beneath her eyes, under her brows, and nose. “I get redness all over my nose,” she said in the video. “That’s just kind of, like, something I’ve always struggled with."
Now that her based for perfectly set in, she then used the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Grace and said, “It’s one of my favorites because it’s not overpowering. It seems to be a really warm color.” Finishing the look with a highlighter, she dotted her cheekbones, underneath her eyebrows, over her lips and used the product Positive Light Liquid Luminizer in Enchant. Cleaning up her eyebrows with the Brow Harmony Pencil and Gel, Selena added a pop of pink colour by using Lip Souffle Matte Lip Cream in Ascend. And she was done for the day!
