Missile firing: IAF inquiry on, but Pak seeks joint probe

The IAF has launched an inquiry into the circumstances under which one of its units “accidentally fired” the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile that crashed 124-km inside Pakistan on March 9, in a “major operational lapse” that could have provoked retaliation from the neighbouring country.
