Air quality was in the 'poor' cateogry on Chhoti Diwali - AQI at 259 - but it was the cleanest since 2015. Weather analysts identified low stubble count due to late withdrawal of monsoon, and low wind speed to carry stubble smoke as major factors for the slightly better air quality.
