Uber held guilty of deficient service, asked to pay ₹20k to Mumbai resident

Complainant Kavita Sharma, an advocate, was to take a flight to Chennai on June 12, 2018, at 5.50 pm from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.
