Fuel leak forces US company to abandon moon landing attempt
The first US lunar lander in more than 50 years rocketed to space gave up its hopes on Moon landing after the lander faced a "critical" fuel leak on Tuesday. Informing that there was "no chance of a soft landing on the Moon", the company said, "given the propellant fuel leak, there is, unfortunately, no chance of a soft landing on the Moon". The robotic lander, Peregrine, built by a private company Astrobotic had been facing several technical problems since its launch Monday. Via Times of India https://ift.tt/on8y62b
