Pannun ‘plot’: Czech court nod to extradite Indian to US, min to decide

Czech appeals court approves extradition of Nikhil Gupta to the US. Justice minister Pavel Blazek will make the final decision. Gupta, accused by US prosecutors of involvement in a plot to kill a Sikh separatist in New York City, denies his identity and claims the case is political.
