Didn't mean to hurt affected Kashmiris, says Lapid

Israeli filmmaker Nadav Lapid, whose criticism of 'The Kashmir Files' irked a section of the right-wing, has offered a "total apology" to people if his comments have hurt or insulted people who suffered during the Kashmir exodus, but maintained his remarks were limited to the quality of the film.
